    Everyone has their dreams. Mary dreamed of being a dancer. She took 1 lessons and all her teachers thought she was an excellent student.

    One day she saw a notice. It said that a famous dancing group would be performing in 2 town. She thought. I must show the leader my dancing skills.     Kids Go Wild (KGW) is a school holiday program for kids. The program was first started by Sunshine Zoo in 2016 and runs every weekday of school holidays. Children can take part in some different activities in one day. This summer, KGW is bigger and better than ever. The zoo will offer more new activities to kids, such as visiting secret areas of the zoo, watching animals up close, asking zookeepers questions about animals, joining in some cool craft (工艺制作) and having fun with other kids who are also crazy about animals.     Brian was a 9-year-old boy from a small village. He got very pleased knowing that he was accepted by a very famous school in a city.

    Today was his first day of school. When seeing his simple clothes and knowing that he came from a small village, other students started making fun of him. The teacher soon arrived and asked everyone to keep quiet. She introduced Brian to the class and told them that he would study with them from that day on.

    Then the teacher told the students to be ready for the surprise test. She told everyone to write down the Seven Wonders of the world. Everyone started to write their answers quickly. Only Brian thought for a while, then began to write. After everyone handed in their answer papers, the teacher started to read everyone's answer and most of the students answered correctly. Their answers included the Great Wall of China, Great Pyramid(金字塔塔), Taj Mahal(泰姬陵) and so on.

    The teacher was happy as the students still remembered what she had taught them. In the end, she picked up Brian's paper and started reading, "The seven wonders are-to be able to see, to be able to hear, to be able to feel, to laugh, to think, to be kind and to love!"

    The teacher stood there without any word and the whole class was in silence. Today, the boy from a small village reminded them about the valuable gifts that God has given them, which are true wonders.

    One day, while I was waiting for my father, I saw a little boy, around two years old, running freely on the grass as his mother watched from a short distance. The boy had a big smile on his face as if he had just been set free from some sort of prison(监狱). The boy would then fall to the grass, get up, without looking back at his mother, run as fast as he could, again, still with a smile on his face, as if nothing had happened.

    At that moment, I thought to myself. "Why aren't most adults this way?" Most adults, when they fall down, make a big deal out of it and don't even make a second attempt. They would be so embarrassed that they would not try again if someone saw them fall. Or, because they fall, they would find a good excuse for themselves that they're not fit for it. They would end up being too afraid to attempt again for fear of failure(失败).

    However, with kids, when they fall down, they don't consider their falling down as a failure, instead, they treat it as a learning experience. They try again and again until. They succeed. The answer must be that they have not connected "falling down with the word "failure". What's more, they probably think to themselves that it's quite okay to fall down and that it's not wrong to do so. In other words, they allow themselves to make mistakes, so they remain energetic.

    I was deeply impressed by the boy's persistence(坚持不懈) and the manner in which he did.

    We're sitting too much and it's dangerous. Most Americans spend more than seven hours sitting every day, and the more you sit, the weaker your body will be. Luckily, there are simple changes you can make during the day—anywhere, even at the workplace to improve your Health.

    Park a few blocks away from the office every morning and walk to work. This allows you to start of your mornings actively and be ready to take on the work. If you take the bus, get off one stop earlier to take some light exercise before 8 a. m. Get up and move around the office once every 60 — 90 minutes.

    When you're busy with work, it's easy to forget the time. Set the alarm to remind you to get up and take a walk around the office. You can use this time to fill up your water bottle or go to the bathroom.

    Ask questions and discuss questions face to face.

    Go to your co- workers (同事) office to discuss questions face to face, rather than send an email every time you have a question. This gives you a good excuse to move.

    Use your lunch break to move around outside. So many Americans today work during their lunch break. When possible, take advantage of this time to walk outside and enjoy the nice weather. Fresh air can make you keep a clear mind.

    As a child, I got angry quite easily. I was not good.        communicating with others. I still remember it was an early autumn. Some        (leaf) started to turn yellow and the weather became cool One day, as I was getting ready for school, my mother carelessly handed me my father's vest (背心) instead of       (my). At that time, I was getting to have        (large) size than my father, so when I put on the vest, I felt as if I wasn't able to breathe!     Later when my mother told me about my father's response (反应) I felt ashamed(惭愧的) of my bad behavior, My father' s gentle kindness       (teach) me a lesson which I would never forget.
