    "Health" means eating well, getting enough exercise and having        healthy lifestyle. Here are some useful rules.

    Pay attention to your body. When you are eating, notice        your body feels. When your stomach is full, stop eating. Eating too        makes you become fat and unhealthy. Limit(限制)the amount of time you spend        TV and playing computer games. Try to spend more        doing sports, like running and swimming.

    The Singapore Zoo is in the middle of a big city, and it is very different from other zoos. It is an "open zoo": visitors will not see many cages(笼子)in it.

    The zoo is open, but visitors are very safe. They can walk on the paths around the animals' natural(自然的) homes. There are deep ditches(沟渠) between the animals and the people. What's more, the dangerous animals are behind the glass walls.

    The Singapore Zoo calls itself "the best rainforest(热带雨林的)zoo in the world". It has many beautiful and special animals. There are about ten parts in the zoo and every part has a place for special animals. In September, 2012, Kaikai and Jiajia, two pandas from China, joined the zoo's family.

    There are two important parks in the Singapore Zoo. One is the Night Safari. Visitors can take a bus or walk in the park at night. There are many special lights in it and they can help visitors see the animals. Another is the Jurong Bird Park, and it is full of colorful birds. They fly freely and live happily in it. It is really a beautiful place.
