When I was in primary school, I had a big argument with a boy in my class. I can't remember what it was about, but I have never forgotten the 1 I learned that day.

Whenever he was sad or faced difficult problems he would open the box, take out an imaginary kiss, and remember the love of this beautiful child who had put it there.

    In a very real sense, each of us as human beings have been given an invisible golden box filled with love and kisses from our children, family, friends and God. This is the most expensive possession (财产) anyone could hold.

    Jackson was driving back home along a road one evening. He just lost his job. It was winter and it was very cold, just like his feelings.

    An old lady with her car was standing on one side of the road. The lady looked very worried. She needed help. No one stopped to help her. Jackson stopped in front of her and got out of his car.     Having one of those days or weeks—when everything seems to make you angry? Even if you do nothing about it, your bad mood(情绪) will probably go away after some time. But with a little effort, you can forget it much faster--often within a day or two.

    Keep away from those that won't improve your mood

    You need to make yourself more active. But remember that TV shows may not help much. And before you reach for that piece of cake and coffee, think about how mood and food are related. Sugar and coffee make moods worse.
