    What do you think a nine-year-old girl would like to do? She may like reading, painting, playing games with her friends. But nine-year-old Jesse Jane likes none of these things. Her favourite is kung fu.

    Jesse Jane is from County Armagh, Northern Ireland. She lives with her parents and two sisters. Jesse is the first child in her family. When she was three, her mother took her to a dance school. But Jesse was not interested in dancing. "She had other ideas," her mother said. "She tried kung fu and she just loved it."

    Jesse loves kung fu so much. She practices day and night and improves quickly. She often takes part in competitions. Until now, she has already won 117 prizes. Jesse is not only a famous kid in her home town, but also a new star in Hollywood. She has already acted in three Hollywood films.

    During my last year of high school, our teacher, Mrs. Debby, gave us a test. I was a hard-working student and I did well in all subjects. I finished the questions successfully before I read the last one "What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?"

    Of course I thought that must have been a joke. l saw the cleaning woman every day. She was short and about 50 years old She had dark hair. But how would I know her name?
